About Me
I am a lifelong educator and former bilingual teacher of 32 years whose personal and professional transformation through Family Constellations and shamanism completely redirected my life's journey. Spending over three decades teaching children taught me how to see and connect with the inner child in all of us. Today, I am a dedicated Family Constellation Facilitator and Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine, specializing in revealing and transforming inherited generational trauma.
Grounded in my deep understanding of human systems, my extensive training includes foundational work with Five Changes, advanced programs with Relationship Constellations and the International Family Constellations Training Institute, and spiritual coaching with James Van Praagh. I have presented Family Constellations at the Collaborative for Spirituality in Education Conference at Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as multiple national conferences for dual-language educators and instructional leaders, as a way to build more compassionate relationships between teachers and students.
Beyond my systemic work, my journey into shamanism began with the teachings of Sandra Ingerman. This ultimately led me to deepen my calling as a certified Master Practitioner through Dr. Alberto Villoldo’s Four Winds Society. Today, I perform soul retrievals to help individuals recover parts of themselves that may have fled due to trauma.
Through all the workshops and private sessions I’ve held, my greatest joy is witnessing people tap into their inner wisdom and ancestral gifts. Whether through Family Constellations or soul retrievals, this gentle yet profound work allows you to break free from the past and step into a brighter future.
